After hearing learned counsel for the parties, order passed on 28.07.2015 is hereby recalled and following order is passed.
The grievance of the petitioner, as ventilated through this petition is that though FIR has been registered by respondent No. 3, investigation has not been completed till date nor any charge-sheet has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that even though, bail has not been granted by any Courts to the best of their knowledge, steps are not being taken to arrest
respondent no. 4, may be for the reasons that he is an influential personality. 3.
The police is presently holding investigation into the matter. This Court can not direct to Investigating Authority to investigate in any particular manner. All that can be said at this stage, is that the investigation shall be completed as early as possible. In so far as allegation that no arrest is being effected, this Court directs that respondent authority shall take steps in accordance with law. A copy of this order be sent to respondent no. 2. 4.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
