2) This revision is directed against the order dated 24.12.2004 passed by the Sessions Judge, Raipur in Criminal Appeal No.329 of 2004, whereby and whereunder learned Sessions Judge rejected the application filed by him under Section 52 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000, because the investigation is incomplete. Criminal case has been registered against the applicant under Sections 363, 366 and 376 of the IPC. 3) On 13.01.2005, interim bail has been granted by this Court. Since then, more than ten years have elapsed and now there is no legal ground for rejection of this revision petition.

CRR 3 of 2005 4) In view of above, the revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the lower Court to dispose of the matter in accordance with law. However, it is also made clear that the bail granted to the applicant on 13.01.2005 shall remain operative till final disposal of the matter by the Court below.
