hed this Court for issuance of direction to The petitioner has approac al dues of deceased Government Servant official respondents to divide retir - Hazarilal between the petitioner and respondent No.3 in equai ratio on the alive, he had applied for nomination in submission that whiie Hazarilal s favour of the petitioner.

Who would be entitled to et retiral dues, is essentially dependent upon the nomination made by th Government Servant.

if the ciaim of the petitioner is that before death, H zarilal had requested for change of name of nomination and on that basis, t e petitioner is entitted to get equai ratio of to approach the concerned authority by n retiral dues, it is for the petitio the absence of any approach made by n making suitabie representation.

the petitioner to the concerned a thority, i am not inciined to entertain this petition at this stage.

Leaving the petitioner work out her remedy by moving representation before the con erned authority, this petition is hnaiiy disposed off.
