2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.36/2019 registered at Police Station Ranitarai, District Durg (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 506 B, 342 of the IPC and Sections 4, 10, 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

3. The applicant has committed sexual intercourse with a girl child aged about 7 years.

4. Considering the nature of allegations and the material available in the case diary, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. However, the applicant would be at liberty to repeat the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
