By this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought for registration of FIR against respondent No.5. It is alleged that a report was made by respondent No.5 Dr. Antram Banjare that the petitioner has abducted his daughter i.e., wife of the petitioner and is kept in his custody.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said complaint is forged and therefore the fair investigation be carried out.

The Court is unable to understand that what relief has been actually claimed by the petitioner. The respondent

No.5 who has lodged the complaint is not before the Court. It is for the Court to investigate and find out that who has abducted the daughter of respondent No.5 who may be the wife of petitioner and if the petitioner is found culprit, then the police is also free to take action.
