Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for a direction to the respondent No.2, Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Chhattisgarh constituted under the Micro, Small and

Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (henceforth 'the Act, 2006') to decide its application under Section 18 (1) of the Act, 2006 preferred by it on 09.02.2009 registered as Reference Case No.25/MSEF/2009 (M/s Expert Engineering Company vs Hindustan Steel Works Construction Ltd.) 2.

Considering the limited relief prayed for at this stage of the proceedings and for the fact that the application appears to be pending since last about 8 years, ends of justice would be served if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2, Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Chhattisgarh to decide the petitioner's application under Section 18 (1) of the Act, 2006, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of service of this order. It is ordered accordingly.
