1. IA No.1, application for withdrawal of Vakalatnama filed by Shri Utkal Pradhan, Advocate, is allowed and he is permitted to withdraw his Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent.

2. Alleging non-compliance of order dated 21.01.2015 passed by this court in Writ Petition (S) No.6637 of 2014, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

3. On notice being issued by this court on 30.10.2015, the respondent has filed

his detailed reply and also enclosed a document Annexure-R/1, dated 04.11.2015 which reflects that order dated 21.01.2015 stands substantially complied with, inasmuch as, the representation of the petitioner, which was pending consideration before the authorities concerned, have now been decided by order dated 04.11.2015.

4. In view of above, as the order dated 21.01.2015 stands substantially complied with in its letter and spirit, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in this contempt petition.

5. The contempt petition is accordingly dismissed. The Contemnor is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
