This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.36/2015, registered at Police Station Chalgali, District Balrampur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of Indian Penal

Code, Section 3(2-5) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Corruption) Act,1989 and Section 3, 4, 9(Tha) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act,2012.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt and/or production of a copy of this order as five material prosecution witnesses have already been examined.

With the aforesaid observation, bail application stands disposed off.
