The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is that though he has been working as a Field Worker under the respondent No.4 without any blemish, the salary part is not being released regularly. The grievance of the petitioner is that the salary is being paid intermittently in a gape of at times 2, 3 and even 6 months. As a result, the petitioner finds it difficult to sustain himself and the dependents upon him during the intervening period. 2.

The learned State counsel on the other hand submits that it appears that because of the Pandemic situation that was prevailing there

appears to be some gape which might have occurred that is because of the administrative difficulty which the Department was facing, however it shall be looked into and the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed at the earliest.

Given the submissions by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No. 2 to 4 to take all necessary steps required ensuring due protection to the petitioner so far as releasing of his monthly salary which he is otherwise entitled for. The respondents No.2 to 4 should ensure that as far as possible the monthly salary payable to the petitioner should be paid without fell on monthly basis itself.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
