(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made representation before respondent authorities for payment of due salary and allowances from October, 2014 till he is entitled for, which is pending consideration for a fairly long time and no decision has been taken by the respondent authorities till this date and therefore, appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent

authorities to decide the same expeditiously. (3) In view of above, respondent authorities are directed to consider and take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner for payment of due salary and allowance in accordance with law preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
