1. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now the writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner which she has made vide Annexure P-5 on its own merits.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with rules, regulations and guidelines governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days.
