Admittedly, WPC No.80 of 2017, in which, the interim order dated 13.1.2017 (Annexure C-1) was passed, has already been decided finally on 01.08.2017, whereby, the writ petition preferred by Ganga Sahu has been dismissed.

It is, thus, apparent that the interim order passed on 13.1.2017 has merged in the final order dated 01.08.2017.

The petitioner may work out his remedy pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in the final order passed in WPC No.80 of 2017. 5.
