1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.100/2013 (S.T. No.55/2014 pending in the Court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Raigarh), registered at Police Station Gharghoda, Distt. Raigarh, for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 120B of the IPC.
2. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that seven prosecution witnesses, out of nineteen charge-sheet listed witnesses, have already been examined, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible without further delay. Ordered accordingly.
