ORDER

Per P. Diwaker, J 09/12/2015 1.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date the petitioner has not approached either to the Collector or the concerned Secretary. She submits that at this stage, she may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the competent authority. She, however, submits that the competent authority be directed to pass a suitable order in favour of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State submits that let the petitioner approach the competent authority and the competent authority shall act accordingly. 3.

In view of the above submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition. Needless to say that if any representation is made by the petitioner, the competent authority may decide the same in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and the competent authority would be at liberty to act in accordance with law. 4.
