1. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant petition is that she had applied for pursuing Ph.D course with the Respondent No.2/Surguja University in the year 2012 after paying the requisite fees, however, the Respondent has not started the said course till date.

2. Without entering into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a

direction to the Respondent No.2/Surguja University to look into the grievance of the Petitioner and take appropriate decision at the earliest keeping in view the fact that petitioner has completed all the requisite formalities in the year 2012 itself. It is expected that the Respondent No.2 shall take decision at the earliest and also intimate the same to the petitioner. The petitioner shall have the liberty to make a fresh representation to the Respondent No.2 in this regard along with a copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
