Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that students of the Government Girls Middle School, Surangpani have not been paid scholarship for the year 2016-17 and 2017-18. 2.

On instructions being asked, learned Deputy Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that for the year 2017-18, 35 students have already paid scholarship and other students will be paid expeditiously after due consideration.

So far as 2016-17 is concerned, the petitioners at liberty to approach the competent authority and said authority would consider and take a decision in that regard expeditiously. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of.
