1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing her on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.338/2011, registered at Police Station Bhatapara (Gramin), Distt. Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara, for the offence punishable under Section 409 of the IPC.

2. Taking into account the manner in which the public money has been said to be embezzlled and the applicant remained absconded since 2012, at present, I do not find any case for grant of bail to the applicant. The application is rejected. However, the applicant may repeat her prayer for grant of bail after the material prosecution witnesses are examined.
