Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 10/02/2016

1. By this petition the petitioner/applicant has prayed for correcting the typographical error occurred inadvertently in the order dated 27.2.2015 passed by this Court in W.P. (S) No.636/15.

2. As per the applicant, it has been wrongly typed in the order dated 27.2.2015 that the petitioner/applicant herein has passed the D.Ed. Examination before his appointment, whereas the petitioner/applicant has passed the said examination during the course of his employment.

3. After perusal of the writ petition, it appears that the above typographical mistake, on the face, has occurred and the same needs modification.

4. In view of above, the review petition is allowed. The order dated 27.2.2015 is modified to the extent that in para-2 in place of the words "before his appointment", "during the course of his employment' shall be read.

5. Copy of the order dated 27.2.2015 passed in W.P.(S) No.636/15 be supplied along with certified copy of this order. Sd/- (Pritinker Diwaker) Judge roshan/-
