1. Heard.

2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's name was inadvertently left out for consideration of promotion. Consequently, the petitioner filed a writ petition bearing WPS No.8726 of 2019, wherein this Court on 22.10.2019 has directed for considering the case of the petitioner. Subsequently, it is contended that the case of the petitioner was considered and the petitioner was given the promotion, however, monetary benefits have not

been granted to her. In a result thereof, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent-authority, however, the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to the annexure P-4 dated 11.02.2020.

3. Perused the earlier order passed by this Court in WPS No.8726 of 2019 on 22.10.2019 and subsequent promotion order of the petitioner dated 20.12.2019. Taking into such fact, the petitioner is given the liberty to make afresh representation before the respondent No.2 within a period of 4 weeks from today and if such representation is filed, the said respondent in turn shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.
