The petitioner has challenged the issuance of LOI to respondent No.2 on the ground that it is in violation of the policy for grant of dealership of Kisan Seva Kendra.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the petitioner is already running a petrol pump and he has not applied for grant of dealership of Kisan Seva kendra.

It appears that the petitioner has submitted an application to respondent No.1. The respondent No.1 shall examine the same in accordance with its own policy while processing the case in the matter of grant of dealership to respondent No.2. 4.
