1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is that vide Annexure P/1 dated 26.02.2019, the petitioner's present place of posting has been changed from District Gariyaband to District Kanker.

2. According to the petitioner, though, about 3 months have lapsed, the petitioner till date has not been relieved. He further submits that there is no amendment/modification/ cancellation/ challenge in the order 26.02.2019 till date.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances and releazing the fact that there was the model code of conduct in operation, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to ensure that, in case if the order dated 26.02.2019 has not been modified/amended/ challenged/recalled, to take appropriate steps for relieving the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
