Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order passed by this Court on 18.11.2016 in a batch of similar nature of cases i.e., W.P(T) No.7503 of 2010 and connected cases she wants to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file afresh if any cause of action still survives in future. As prayed, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner, if so advised, may again approach this Court in the event of any cause of action still arises in future.
