1. Learned counsel for the applicants at the very outset submits that applicant No.2 - Saurabh Bareth has been arrested, therefore, he does not want to press bail application in respect of applicant No.2.
2. In view of above submission, bail application in respect of applicant No.2 is dismissed as having become infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw bail application of applicant No.1. However, he submits that as applicant No.1 is a student aged about 21 years, hence, a direction be issued to the Court below concerned to decide the bail application for grant of regular bail on same day upon filing an application for regular bail after his surrender.
4. Learned State Counsel submits that he is having no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant.
5. Accordingly, bail application of applicant No.1 is dismissed as withdrawn. In the event, applicant No.1, after his surrender, files application for grant of regular bail, learned Court below may decide the bail application on same day, if possible, in accordance with law.
