Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 18/05/2018 Heard.

The petitioner has filed this petition challenging the earlier transfer order. The transfer order was already challenged before this Court and this Court found that the petitioner only want little indulgence to continue in the academic session because children are studying. The limited protective order was granted by this Court. The education session is over. Challenge to the order is not tenable and the petition is therefore dismissed.
