Agrawal Order On Board By 27/02/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is heard on application for extension of time.
(2) This Court vide order dated 15.11.2016 passed in Writ Petition (S) No. 6232 of 2016 while disposing of the petition, directed that the
respondent No. 2- Chief General Manager, SECL, Raigarh, applicant No. 2 herein shall decide the claim of the petitioners in light of order dated 23.07.2015 passed in Ku. Rattho Bai and anr. Vs. South Eastern Coalfields Limted and another in WPS No. 432/2011 within a period of 12 weeks.
(3) However, by way of this M.C.C., counsel for the applicants has prayed for further time of 12 weeks for deciding the matter. (4) Considering the reasons assigned in the M.C.C., prayer is allowed and further four weeks' time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted to the applicant No. 2- Chief General Manager, SECL, Raigarh Area, District Raigarh to decide the matter. (5) With the aforesaid observations, the M.C.C. stands finally disposed of.
