1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 04/07/2019 sent by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur for extension of time for final disposal of the trial as directed by this Court vide order dated 20/05/2020.

2. This Court vide order dated 20/05/2020 had granted a period of 45 days to conclude the trial, which has not been complied with and further extension of time has been sought.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time 30 days is granted finally to dispose of the said trial by taking the trial on day-to-day basis and no further requests seeking extension of time be made.

4. Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. stands disposed of.
