1. The aforesaid MCRCs are being disposed of by this common order as they arise out of Crime No.516/2020 registered in Police Station Arjuni, District Dhamtari for offence under Section 147, 148, 294, 323, 506, 307/34 of the IPC.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail applications with liberty to revive after filing of the charge sheet.

3. Accordingly, the bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
