1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 09.04.2019 passed in WPS No. 2626/2019.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the modification sought for is to the extent that the address of petitioner in the cause title and the address of respondent No. 3 in the cause title has been wrongly got typed as "Girls College" Whereas it is not 'Girls college". The Word "Girls" inadvertently got typed in the cause title in the original writ petition and prays for a suitable modification.

3. The said request is not opposed by the State counsel subject to verification of facts.

4. In view of the same the present MCC stands allowed and the address of the petitioner as well as respondent No. 3 hereinafter shall be read as :- Petitioner Drishti Sharma, D/o- Shri Chandresh Sharma, Aged about 25 years, Occupation Guest Faculty (Zoology), at Govt. Naveen College,Sonhat, District Koriya, (C.G.) Respondent No.3 Principal, Government Naveen College, Sonhat, District Koriya (C.G.)
