Agrawal Order On Board 15/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though this Court by order dated 25.04.2003 passed in Writ Petition No. 96 of 2003 directed the competent authority/respondents to consider and decide the petitioner's representation, but the same has not been considered and decided till now, and respondent No.4 is raising construction upon the land in question, against which this writ petition has been
filed.
(2) I have heard learned counsel for the parties. (3) Be that as it may, respondents No.1 & 3 are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation along with more material, if any before the said authorities.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
