The limited grievance of the petitioner is that he is entitled for the benefit of Kramonnati on completing 10 years of service which he has completed but he has not been given the same till date.

Given the limited grievance raised, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to respondents 3 & 4 who in turn shall scrutinize the same and pass a suitable order in accordance with the rules governing the field of Kramonnati. It is expected that an appropriate order
-2shall be passed within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.
