1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 05.04.2019 passed in WPS No. 2512/2019.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the modification sought for is to the extent that the address of petitioner in the cause title and the address of respondent No. 3 in the cause title has been wrongly got typed as "Government MVPG College, Mahasamund" instead of "Government Naveen College, Chirko, Block & District Mahasamund (CG), therefore, prays for a suitable modification.

3. The said request is not opposed by the State counsel subject to verification of facts.

4. In view of the same the present MCC stands allowed and the address of the petitioner as well as respondent No. 3 hereinafter shall be read as :- Petitioner Rakhi Yadu W/o Shri Durgesh Kumar Yadu Aged About 39 Years Occupation Guest Faculty (History), At Govt. Naveen College, Chirko, Block and District Mahasamund Chhattisgarh.

Respondent No.3 Principal, Government Naveen College, Chirko, Block and District Mahasamund Chhattisgarh.
