1. The applicant has preferred the first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 199/2021, registered at Police Station - Telibandha, District- Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 21 (b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985.

2. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seek permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer for grant of bail at an appropriate stage.
