1. The applicants have preferred the first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as they are arrested in connection with Crime No. 151/2020, registered at Police Station - Kumhari, District- Durg (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B) & 27 (A) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985.

2. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer for grant of bail at an appropriate stage.

4. Accordingly, the present MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
