Learned counsel for the parties would agree that since the order dated 08.02.2017 in WPC No.277/2017 was passed without hearing the petitioners, who were arrayed as respondent Nos.9 & 10 in the said writ petition, the order may be recalled and the writ petition may be heard on its own merits.

In view of the above, the review petition is allowed. The order dated 08.02.2017 is recalled and the writ petition i.e. WPC No.277/2017 is restored to its original number for being disposed of on its own merits.
