1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.10/2019 registered in Police Station Chotebaithiya, District Uttar Bastar, Kanker for offence under Section 363 & 376 (3) of the IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
2. Learned State Counsel prays for time to produce the case diary. However, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
3. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
