Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 06/10/2015 During pendency of the present writ petition, letter dated 5.10.2015 has been issued by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Raigarh informing the petitioner that widening of the road where the hotel of the petitioner is situated, has already been done and as on date no further project regarding widening of road is pending. It has further been mentioned in the letter that near the hotel of the petitioner no action is proposed. This letter is taken on record. The petitioner is also directed to file the same.

In view of the letter, counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage she wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to file petition afresh in case occasion so arises.

Counsel for the respondents has no objection to the proposition as put forth by the petitioner.

Accordingly the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with the aforesaid liberty.
