After arguing for sometime the counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the writ petition with permission to pursue his grievances on the administrative side before the respondents by making suitable representation.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to ventilate his grievances before the respondents by making a suitable representation. The authorities would be at liberty to take a decision on the said

representation purely in accordance with the rules, regulations and guidelines of the State Government governing the field as early as possible.
