1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for promotion and seniority with effect from 6-5-1991, whereas he has been granted seniority and promotion with effect from 21-101993 for which he had already made representation which has not been considered and decided.
2. Be that as it may, respondents No.2 and 3 shall consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, preferably within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to file fresh representation with additional material. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
