1. The petitioner through this petition prays for a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide his representation (Annexure P/7) so far as his termination order is concerned.

2. According to counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has been acquitted by the Criminal Court vide judgment dated 01.10.2018 from the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class-Rajput, District Balrampur-Rajanujganj and therefore the department may reconsider the order of termination of the petitioner at this juncture.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case so far as the entitlement of the petitioner is concerned, the present writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P/7) at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

-24. The authorities would take into consideration the grounds that the petitioner has raised in his representation.
