1. In a suit filed by the plaintiffs for temporary injunction, the trial Court rejected the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 of the CPC, which has been affirmed by the First Appellate Court. Against which, this writ petition has been filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs.

2. This Court while entertaining the writ petition on 13.2.2015 directed the parties to maintain status-quo, which is operative till this date.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order as

the suit is pending consideration since 4.9.2014 and till then, interim relief granted on 13.2.2015 will remain in operation.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
