It appears that the default has not been removed as the court fee has not been paid till date along-with memo of appeal.

The appeal memo was filed on 13.06.2014 and as of now, though 4 years have been passed but the court fee has not been paid till date. In view of this, I do not find any reason to grant further time.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed in limine for want of court fee.
