This CRMP has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C for extension of time to deposit the fine amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- before the Trial Court.

While deciding Criminal Revision No. 796/2018 vide order dated 03/04/2019 by this Court, the jail sentence imposed upon the Applicant was reduced to the period already undergone by her and the fine sentence was enhanced to Rs. 2,00,000/-. The Applicant was further directed to deposit the fine amount within 1 month. 3.

Counsel for the Applicant submits that he as well as the Applicant was not having the knowledge of pronouncement of the order dated 03/04/2019 and they came to know about this fact at the later stage on 30/04/2019. He further submits that as the last date to deposit the fine

amount is 03/05/2019, therefore, he prays that some time may be extended to deposit the fine amount.

After due consideration of the facts and circumstances, particularly, the submissions made by the counsel for the Applicant, further time of one month is granted to deposit the fine amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- from today. 5.
