1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was transferred by order dated 10.10.2019 from Jashpur to Beejaput, however since the petitioner is suffering with Seizer Brain Tuberculosis (TB) and is under the acute treatment thus she could not join at Beejaput. He further

submits that the petitioner has filed an application before Respondent No. 2 along with the medical documents for cancellation of the transfer order of the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner is suffering with major ailment. The limited prayer of the petitioner is that the representation of the petitioner may be decided on humanitarian ground.

2. Perused the documents, considering the transfer order dated 10.10.2019, without any observation on the merits of the case, it is directed that the representation of the petitioner which has been filed to the Superintendent of Police and also to the Director General of Police which appears to be lastly filed on 29.05.2020 shall be decided. Respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
