(3) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that Respondent No.2-The Executive Engineer, Water Resources Division, Gariyaband, District Gariyaband has been mentioned in order dated 05.01.2017 whereas, it is Respondent No.2-The Executive Engineer, Water Resources Division, District Raipur and therefore, same may be corrected.

(4) In view of above, it is directed that in place of Respondent No.2-

The Executive Engineer, Water Resources Division, Gariyaband, District Gariyaband it be read as Respondent No.2-The Executive Engineer, Water Resources Division, District Raipur in order dated 05.01.2017 passed in W.P.(S) No.42/2017. Other contents of order dated 05.01.2017 shall remain intact.

(5) With the aforesaid clarification, the MCC stands finally disposed of.
