1. The grievance of the petitioner which led to the filing to the present writ petition seems the non consideration of the objections that the petitioner has raised before the respondent No.2 in registering the

sale deeds which was submitted before the Registrar, for registration by the others partners of the firm.

2. According to the petitioner the dispute arose on account of one of the partners i.e. mother of the present petitioner having expired pending the proceedings before the Registrar. According to the petitioner now the authorities concerned are reluctant in registering the said documents in respect of the fact that partnership deed itself specifically envisages a clause which says that in the event of death of the partner it would not dissolve the status of the firm and it would continue as a firm with the remaining partners. Petitioner also submits that he has also approached the respondent No.1 by raising the representation and his objections in this regard which is pending consideration since long.

3. Given the said submissions by the counsel for the petitioner, let petitioner in addition to the representation that he has already made make a fresh representation within a period of 10 days raising all his/her grievances and objections and respondent No.1 in turn is directed to duly consider the objections and contentions raised by the petitioner in his fresh representation and an appropriate order be passed at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
