Grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner had moved an application dated 23.09.2015 before respondent No.2 for grant of permanent stage carriage permit on the route Baikunthpur to Manendragarh via Khadgava, Devadand, Konda and back one return trip daily, the application has remained pending without any decision. 3.
Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has come out with a stale claim.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner had moved such application, it should have been decided one way or the other, if it is not being done by now, the authority should be directed to decide the matter within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
