1. Learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail petition with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail before the concerned Court.

2. This bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

3. The petitioner, if so advised, may surrender and apply for regular bail before the concerned Court. In case such an application is filed the concerned Court shall consider and decide the same on merits.

4. It is also observed that certain medical documents have been filed vide Annexure A-2 to show that the applicant is suffering from mental disease and retardness. The trial Court at the time of hearing of bail may take into account such medical documents, if so placed. Sd/- GOUTAM BHADURI JUDGE Rao
