1. The petitioner is aggrieved of the inaction on the part of the respondents in not paying the monthly salary for the period between July, 2016 to March, 2017 and insofar as not releasing the annual increment to the petitioner during the said period and also not granting the difference of amount of DA which has been revised periodically.

2. According to the petitioner, during the said intervening period, the petitioner was serving under the Panchayat Department and subsequently, the services of the petitioner got merged with the School Education Department. The whole dispute arose on account of the transfer of the petitioner which was made from Jashpur to Surajpur which was duly complied with by the petitioner and the petitioner has in fact discharged her duties during the said intervening period.

3. Given the entire facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the limited dispute that the petitioner has raised, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 6 to immediately process the claim of the petitioner and if she is found entitled for the unpaid salary from July, 2016 to March, 2017 and also the annual increment and the difference of DA payable to the petitioner, the same be settled at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Khatai
