(2) This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 02.11.2015 passed in W.P.(S) No.3925 of 2015.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation has been decided vide order dated 14.12.2015 and as such, the instant contempt petition has become infructuous.

(4) In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent, the contempt petition is dismissed as having become
