1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.4 Municipal Corporation has encroached upon the land of the petitioner and constructed a boundary wall and despite being informed, the Municipal Corporation is not vacating the petitioner's land. He further submits that the petitioner has made a representation in this regard and it has not been considered and decided.
2. The Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
